Job description
The Director of Wholesale Operations leads the day-to-day execution of Temple St. Clair's wholesale business.
Working across Sales, Logistics, Inventory, Production, Finance and Marketing, this leader ensures the organization operates with discipline, accountability and alignment. They translate business strategy into consistent execution, bringing together people, processes and information to support our retail partners, strengthen the wholesale business and protect the integrity of the Temple St. Clair brand.
Primary Objectives
Grow the wholesale business while protecting the integrity of the Temple St. Clair brand.
Execute Temple St. Clair's "Fewer, Finer" strategy by strengthening the productivity and quality of our wholesale distribution.
Strengthen retail partnerships through thoughtful planning, execution and service.
Foster collaboration across Sales, Logistics, Inventory, Production, Finance and Marketing.
Primary Responsibilities
Wholesale Leadership
Lead, coach and develop the Sales Executives.
Establish clear priorities, regular communication and accountability for execution.
Create an effective operating rhythm through regular sales meetings, territory planning and performance reviews.
Account Performance
Lead the planning process for Temple St. Clair's wholesale accounts.
Working with Sales, Logistics and Inventory, evaluate account performance and develop recommendations for:
Growth opportunities
Develop action plans that improve account performance and support long-term growth.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner closely with the Director of Customer Logistics & Inventory to align business priorities with operational execution.
Together, oversee proposal execution, inventory deployment, memo management and wholesale support.
Work collaboratively with Finance, Production and Marketing to ensure clear communication, shared priorities and timely execution.

Salary Base - $150,000 with Bonus Structure
