Director of Workforce Employer Relations - Healthcare
$85000 - $ per year | Milton, GA | On-site | Permanent

A bit about us:
We are seeking a Director of Workforce Partnership (in Career Services) to foster employer partnerships and elevate overall student retention and graduation outcomes.
CORE FOCUS AREAS:
Develop long-term employer engagement strategies across healthcare, business, and local industry sectors.
Oversee campus-wide student readiness initiatives, including resume building, interview preparation, and job fairs.
Secure hands-on training, externship pathways, and direct hiring opportunities for students.
Work closely with academic leaders and employer advisory boards to ensure graduate skill alignment.
Maintain rigorous standards for verification audits and student outcome reporting.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
Salary Range: $80,000–$95,000/yr + benefits (depending on experience and qualifications)

Job Details
WHAT YOU BRING:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Higher Ed, HR, or Counseling preferred.
Demonstrated success building employer engagement network pipelines.
Passion for student success, graduate placement rates, and team mentorship.
