Job description
Cowley County seeks a Youth Services Community Corrections Director to oversee Adult Community Corrections, Juvenile Services, and related boards. The role reports to the County Administrator and includes budgeting, grant administration, policy development, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities include coordinating with JCAB, CCAB, DOC, and the BOCC; directing staff, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with funding and reporting requirements.
