Job description
BGRE, Brookfield's Office Leasing arm in New York, seeks a Director to drive leasing strategies for premier office assets. You will oversee transactions from prospecting to lease execution, building deep broker and tenant relationships and collaborating with Asset Management, Marketing, and Legal to maximize asset value and occupancy.
You bring 4+ years in NYC office leasing, superb negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve long-term asset value
