Job description
Role
Lead the development and operationalization of an Omics Enabling Platform integrating transcriptomics, automation, robotics, and AI to advance AI-Native Drug Discovery.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end omics capabilities including bulk and single-cell RNA-seq, WGS, and long-read sequencing
Design automated, scalable workflows
Generate high-quality, AI-ready data
Interpret complex datasets for biological insights
Lead automation, robotics, and computational infrastructure
Establish agentic AI strategies
And oversee team leadership across biology, engineering, and AI disciplines
Requirements
PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Genomics, or related field
10+ years in cell biology, omics platforms, and computational biology
Expertise in transcriptomics, automation, robotics, and data platforms
Proven ability to translate omics data into biological insights and lead multidisciplinary teams
High Value
Focus on AI-driven drug discovery, high-throughput omics, automation and robotics integration, scalable data engineering, and AI strategy development.
Work Setup
