Job description

Merck & Co., Inc. in Rahway, NJ seeks a Director of Customer Engagement Planning & Measurement to lead a team of Customer Engagement Architects and advance omnichannel engagement strategies across therapeutic portfolios.

You will partner with Brand Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Commercial leadership to translate business objectives into integrated customer engagement plans that drive measurable outcomes and enhance customer experience across touchpoints.
