Job description
Bristol Myers Squibb in Tampa, FL is seeking an Associate Director for Onboarding Product and Process Design to lead preboarding and onboarding lifecycle design, including global processes and vendor ownership. You will partner with Legal, IT, TA and HRBPs to maintain continuity and optimize the candidate/employee experience.
The role requires 7+ years in HR with global experience, strong business acumen, and proven ability to operate in a matrixed organization. A Bachelor's degree is required.
