Job description
Summary
The Director of Operations leads store processes and execution to support sales, profitability, and a consistent customer experience. This role develops the management team, drives operational efficiency, and partners with store leadership to deliver business results.
Responsibilities
Recruit, develop, and retain support leaders while building engagement, inclusion, and a strong team culture.
Champion customer service, loyalty, and a clean, safe, easy-to-shop store environment.
Manage inventory, shortage reduction, merchandise protection, audit compliance, and workload completion.
Drive sales and financial performance by managing expenses, labor, productivity, and merchandising execution.
Partner with store executives to monitor business results, improve processes, and ensure operational best practices.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
No experience required.
Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Ability to use computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers to perform job functions.
