Strategic Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a core operational partner to senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives, with an immediate focus on optimizing provider availability, network utilization, and productivity across our Adult Outpatient Service Line

Requirements:

Core Requirement — Provider Performance Experience: 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience designing, scaling, or managing provider performance operations, clinical productivity frameworks, or provider network operations within a healthcare organization, health tech company, or large provider network.

Executive Influence: Demonstrated experience building strategic roadmaps and aligning executive leadership, clinical leaders, and cross-functional teams around shared outcomes.

Execution & Change Management: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments, with a proven ability to turn complex, disparate processes into standardized, scalable systems.

Mission Alignment: Passionate about expanding access to high-quality, evidence-based mental health care.
