This role designs and advances integrated strategies that strengthen leadership effectiveness, organizational performance, workforce readiness, and talent pipeline development across the enterprise.The Director ensures leadership, learning, and organizational development strategies are aligned with Moffitt's mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities, building the capabilities, culture, and agility necessary to advance excellence in patient care, research, education, community engagement, and operational performance.Serving as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization, the Director oversees organizational consulting, enterprise learning, workforce-based training, leadership development, executive coaching, leadership assessment, succession planning, talent review processes, and learning technology functions. Through partnership with Human Resources, Enterprise Engagement & Impact, Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, and operational leaders, this role helps cultivate a high-performing, engaged, mission-driven, and future-ready workforce.The Director, Organizational & Leadership Development provides strategic leadership for enterprise-wide organizational effectiveness, leadership development, learning strategy, succession planning, and workforce capability initiatives. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.*
