Job description
Belk is seeking a Director, Paid Media to lead the strategy, orchestration and performance of a $60–80M annual paid media investment, aligning spend with Belk’s retail priorities and seasonal cycles.
The role requires deep expertise in media investment, data and measurement, and will guide transformation of Belk’s paid media capabilities, working across Marketing, Analytics and Finance to drive incremental ROAS.
