Job description
Wpromote is seeking a Director of Paid Search to lead a team of 4–5 managers across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for a fast-growing roster of enterprise clients. You will drive data-informed strategies, oversee client relationships, and partner with cross-functional teams to align paid search with broader marketing goals.
You will mentor staff, shape testing frameworks, and push for innovation while maintaining a strong focus on quality, scalability, and results.
