Job description
EMD Serono seeks an experienced Director, Patient-Focused Evidence (PFE) to lead PED and COA strategies across global programs. You will ensure patient voices are robustly represented in regulatory submissions and inform decisions that improve access and outcomes.
The role requires expert methodological skills in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods PED/COA work, with cross-functional collaboration in a matrix environment.
