Job description
Veracity Ventures Inc. seeks a Director of Risk Management & Patient Safety to drive clinical risk programs across a major acute-care hospital. You will lead safety investigations, risk assessment, and regulatory readiness, partnering with leadership, physicians, and clinical teams to reduce risk.
You will champion data-driven safety strategies, oversee RCA and FMEA initiatives, and advance a culture of continuous learning and improvement across patient safety operations.
