Director, Patient Services Operations — Launch Readiness

Job description

DBV Technologies seeks a Director, Patient Services Operations to design, build, and run the patient services hub before and after commercial launch. You will own day-to-day hub operations, copay/PAP programs, and vendor relationships in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Patient Services & Trade, you will lead cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OIG), and drive data-driven improvements in patient access and experience.
