Job description
Role Overview: The position involves leading healthcare transformation initiatives within a consulting environment, focusing on payer modernization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, sell, and deliver technology-enabled healthcare strategies and transformation services.
Lead high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics disciplines.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of payer, provider, or PBM operations as a subject matter expert.
Support business growth through relationship building and project proposals.
Ensure quality delivery via project management, budget oversight, and issue resolution.
Contribute to thought leadership and service offerings development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of eight years’ consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry, with a solid understanding of healthcare reform, value-based care, medical management, and operational efficiency.
Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
Experience leading large transformation projects, managing complex budgets, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory issues.
Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively and authorized to work without sponsorship.
