Job description
Role Overview:
A senior leadership position overseeing healthcare strategy and transformation initiatives within a payer modernization organization. The role involves developing, selling, and delivering technology-enabled healthcare solutions, managing high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics, and demonstrating deep expertise in payer, provider, or PBM operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of healthcare transformation services
Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality delivery and performance
Leverage industry knowledge to act as a subject matter expert on healthcare operations
Build client relationships, support business development, and contribute to thought leadership
Oversee project management, including budgets and issue resolution
Qualifications & Skills:
At least eight years of consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry
Master’s degree from an accredited institution
Proven experience leading large, complex transformation projects with stakeholder engagement and regulatory understanding
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel extensively
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available
