Job description
Equip is seeking a strategic Business Development Director to lead Payor Partnerships and market expansion across all 50 states. You will architect value-based contracts, build executive relationships with health plans, and align with the VP of Patient Access and CEO to scale a data-driven care model.
In this role you will manage Salesforce-driven revenue operations, develop compelling business cases, and lead cross-functional teams to accelerate growth while maintaining clinical quality.
