Job description
Methodist Children's Hospital in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Director of Nursing to provide leadership, oversee staffing, budgeting, and patient care across units. The role requires strong collaboration with physicians and a broad operational oversight to ensure high quality nursing care and efficient resource use.
The ideal candidate will have a BSN, at least 3 years of nursing experience, and preferably a master's degree with prior management experience as a charge RN or supervisor.
