Zscaler is seeking a Director, People Business Partner - Technology to lead the People & Culture partnership for its global technology organization from its San Jose campus (onsite Tue–Thu). You will partner with executive leadership to design scalable structures that fuel innovation, influence tech roadmaps, and solve complex organizational challenges.
