Director, Performance Advertising.
Level: Director Type: Full-time Location: Daytona Beach, FL · Hybrid Compensation: Base + bonus + equity
The role.
You will own the paid acquisition, marketing analytics, and attribution engagements across the B2B SaaS and consumer technology book. The engagements are 12–18 months in duration, are run on the firm’s five-phase operating model, and produce measurable lift in pipeline and CAC efficiency by the end of the first quarter.
You will work with the firm’s research desk on the attribution analyses, with the brand strategy team on the creative cadence, and with the client’s CMO and CFO on the operating rhythm. The role is owner-driven: you carry the P&L of the engagement, the cadence, and the public record.
You will be measured on.
Pipeline lift. The client’s net-new pipeline generated through paid channels at the end of the engagement, measured against the diagnostic baseline.
CAC efficiency. The client’s blended CAC across paid channels at the end of the engagement, measured against the same baseline.
Attribution trust. The client’s CFO and CMO have a single source of truth for marketing-spend attribution. The dashboard stack is used in the quarterly board review.
You will have.
8+ years operating at a category leader, a top-tier performance agency, or both.
Owned at least 2 paid acquisition engagements (12+ months in duration) at $5M+ annual budget.
Built or rebuilt a marketing analytics stack from scratch (data warehouse, attribution model, dashboard).
Operated in at least 2 of the firm’s four industries (consumer technology, healthcare, financial services, industrial & B2B).
Experience presenting to and defending spend decisions in front of a CFO and a CEO.
