Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) seeks a Director of Performance Excellence to lead analytics, KPI governance, and process-improvement initiatives across the Arizona Market.
You will direct dashboards, PMO operations, and Lean/Six Sigma projects to drive efficiency in clinics, ASCs, and hospital perioperative workflows. The role collaborates with market and facility leadership to deliver action plans, performance roadmaps, and measurable results improving clinical operations
