Job description
HarbourVest Partners is seeking an Assistant Director, Performance Management to join our Human Resources team. This role focuses on annual performance cycles, calibration, promotions, manager enablement, and data integrity across global performance processes.
You will lead development of goal setting frameworks, oversee feedback cycles, and partner with Compensation and HRBPs to ensure sound governance and scalable, employee-centered programs. Hybrid work with structured remote days is offered.
