Job description
Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes is seeking a Nursing Director to lead SPA, PACU, PAT, Endoscopy, and Interventional Radiology. The role requires strong perioperative leadership, advocacy for staff, and collaboration with physicians across units.
Requires BSN with NJ RN license and 3 years of recent clinical leadership. Master’s degree preferred; MSN or related graduate degree is desirable for advanced practice and organizational growth.
