Average Salary $65,947 (includes wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)

Qualifications:
* Masters degree in human services field or willingness to enroll within 6 months of hire
* Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or equivalent
* Valid drivers license and ability to meet agency driving standards
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Permanency Services Program
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
* Oversee clinical and administrative functions
* Develop and implement program goals, policies, and procedures
* Supervise and support staff development
* Represent the agency in public and private forums
* Promote cultural sensitivity and teamwork across the organization
