Job description
PwC is seeking a Director-level professional to lead deal strategy within our PEVC practice in the US. You will advise Private Equity investors in SaaS and software businesses, drive due diligence, and shape strategic directions for multi-project engagements while maintaining senior client relationships.
You will mentor leaders, foster collaboration across PwC networks, and push for value creation through thoughtful technology strategy and scalable solutions.
