Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Director of Pharmacy Strategy Planning to lead the development and implementation of strategic pharmacy initiatives across the system and member institutions. You will partner with senior leaders to refine an enterprise planning function that supports growth and development of pharmacy services.
The role requires directing project management, process improvement, financial analysis, and governance, working with IS, HR, finance, and other teams.
