Xencor, located in the Los Angeles area with hybrid work options between Pasadena and San Diego, seeks a Director of Pharmacometrics Quantitative Medicine. You will lead PK/PD modeling for XmAb T-cell engagers, integrate safety and efficacy data, and influence dose selection for regulatory decisions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Research, Biometric, Bioinformatics, and Clinical teams, applying AI/ML where appropriate and guiding RP2D decisions.
