Job description
BNY is seeking a Director of Operations Lead for Loans Enablement in Houston to drive end-to-end operations for the platform. You will partner with EPO and Engineering to optimize client experience, control effectiveness, and efficiency across SDGs, and set the platform's operational strategy.
The role requires 10–12 years of experience, strong leadership, hands-on syndicated loan knowledge, and a track record in BAU and large projects.
