Gen seeks a Director of Product, Platform for its Engine by GEN unit in NYC. Lead the product strategy for core platform capabilities powering a B2B2C financial product marketplace. You’ll translate partner needs into reusable platform features, balancing flexibility with standardization and long-term scalability.
You’ll collaborate across Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Analytics, and Compliance to ship scalable, measurable platform solutions and drive enterprise partner success.
