E2 Consulting Engineers, LP is seeking a Director, Business Development Manager - PMO to lead expansion of our PMO offerings across new markets and clients. The role requires extensive travel and a proven ability to win strategic engagements in High-Tech, Infrastructure, and Utility sectors.
