Job description
Role: Director, Portfolio Insights and Analysis within Johnson & Johnson's Global Commercial Strategy Organization, focusing on developing and leading strategic market insights to inform portfolio decisions across Innovative Medicine.
Responsibilities
Building a global insights center of excellence
Integrating market research and competitive intelligence
Supporting long-term forecasting
Advancing AI-driven insights platforms
Synthesizing insights for senior management, supporting business development, and contributing to portfolio strategy, with a focus on early- and late-stage R&D, in-market assets, and recent acquisitions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
10+ years in analytics/insights with at least 5 years in leadership roles
Experience with cross-functional teams
Influencing without authority
Understanding pharmaceutical R&D, clinical development, regulatory, and competitive landscapes
