Job description
Nextpower Inc., a clean energy technology company, seeks a Director of Operations in the San Jose area to align Project Engineering, Sales, Sourcing, and Product Management. You will own the pre-award operating model and drive readiness reviews to ensure designs, bills of materials, and cost inputs align with contract goals.
Lead cross-functional teams, set governance for bids, manage supplier inputs, tariffs, and logistics, and guide handoffs to Project Execution.
