Job description
Turner & Townsend in the United States seeks an experienced Director, Preconstruction to lead project readiness across complex capital programs. You will oversee permitting, entitlements, utility coordination, and mobilization, establishing foundations for successful execution.
Travel is required across the U.S. with at least 30% time; you will align development, design, construction, and regulators, and drive governance, schedules, and readiness reviews to deliver premier program management.
