Role
Lead organizational AI and technical strategy within Pfizer's digital transformation initiatives, focusing on code quality, architecture, and AI-enabled workflows.
Responsibilities
oversee delivery of critical projects, lead engineering teams, develop technical leaders, shape enterprise architecture, evaluate AI tools, and establish reliability and documentation standards.
Requirements
bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience, proven experience creating impactful applications for senior leadership, and demonstrated leadership in technical strategy.
Preferred
experience in AI governance, system design, cloud platforms, DevOps, and SRE practices.
