Job description
Carolina Foods LLC seeks a Director, Private Brand Product & Category Management to turn customer insights into growth opportunities. You will shape the function from the ground up, defining portfolio evaluation, partnerships, and the path from insight to profitable growth.
You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations, initially as an individual contributor with potential to manage a team, and will work onsite at the Pineville, NC headquarters.
