Job description
Lilly is building a new API GMP manufacturing site in Houston and seeks an Associate Director Process Engineering – Small Molecule API. You will lead the process engineering team, ensure reliable equipment and compliant systems, and drive optimization across startup and ongoing operations.
You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet project milestones, implement SOPs, manage budgets, and scale operations to full production while upholding safety and quality standards.
