Job description
W. R. Berkley Corporation is searching for a Director, Process Optimization to lead the development of an enterprise service center in Greenwich, Connecticut. You will assess and facilitate the design of strategies while working with business stakeholders to implement change effectively.
The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of consulting experience, knowledge of process optimization, and the ability to drive high-impact project initiatives. Occasional travel of 25–75% will be required.
