Job description
The Director, Processing is responsible for managing the transaction operations from contract execution through closing. This role supports the Vice President (VP) with driving process improvements, managing the Transactions team, and ensuring consistent, on-time closings aligned with company performance goals.

Responsibilities
Manages transactions within an in-house processing environment, ensuring consistent workflows, quality control, and direct coordination with agents and internal teams.
Prepares and presents comprehensive weekly reports to managers, highlighting key operational metrics and insights.
Efficiently and accurately processes closings for real estate transactions.
Conducts general file auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provides QuickBooks coding and support.
Ensures timely and accurate financial operations.
Provides agent and reporting support.
Offers support, including handling reimbursements and addressing queries.
Assists the VP with new tasks as requested.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive related experience, including a minimum of five (5) years in a management role leading direct reports
Bachelor's degree/ Four (4) years of relevant education and work experience may be substituted for a degree
Four (4) years of working knowledge of real estate transactions, or related businessProven experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Experience working within an in-house transaction processing model, managing files from contract to close with full internal accountability
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyAbility to excel in a fast-paced environment
