Job description
Superfeet is seeking a Director of Product Development to lead Product Development and Product Engineering, turning big ideas into high‑performing insoles and movement products. This role drives process improvements, reduces time‑to‑market and aligns the team with our Performance Amplified culture.
You will build and guide a high‑caliber product team, manage workflows, collaborate with suppliers, and ensure brand standards, cost targets and schedules are met across all projects.
