Reporting to the Sr. Director - Product Management, this leader is responsible for defining and driving market positioning, roadmap execution, competitive differentiation, and revenue targets across all deployment models (on-premises, edge, cloud) while leading a world-class product team.

The Opportunity

This is your opportunity to shape the product strategy for one of the most critical infrastructure domains in the technology industry. You will:

Build repeatable, disciplined product discovery and validation processes that ground strategy in customer needs

Drive market positioning and go-to-market execution that establishes DataCore as the category leader in enterprise file systems

Own P&L accountability for the file system product line—managing revenue targets, portfolio investment, and strategic priorities

Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing product management organization aligned around clear customer and business outcomes

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a visionary product leader who combines deep technical expertise, demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, and proven success driving enterprise infrastructure products to market.

Partner with Sales and CMO to develop segment-specific go-to-market strategies

Drive innovation roadmaps that balance near-term revenue impact with long-term strategic advantage

2. Product Portfolio & P&L Management

Own end-to-end P&L accountability for the file system product line, including revenue targets and investment decisions

Manage the product portfolio lifecycle—from ideation and launch through growth and optimization to end-of-life

Develop compelling business cases for new initiatives with clear metrics for success

Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and performance metrics to executive leadership and board stakeholders

Lead cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Sales, CMO, and Finance to align on business priorities

3. Technical Product Strategy & Architecture

Build and mentor a high-performing product management team, establishing a culture of customer-centricity and operational excellence

Define product management standards, processes, and best practices across discovery, validation, and launch execution

4. Customer Engagement & Market Insight

Develop deep customer insight through direct engagement with key accounts, advisory boards, and user communities

Drive customer-centric initiatives including:
