Job description
Own the complete lifecycle of key product areas, from initial concept and strategic roadmap to successful launch and ongoing evolution
Understand customer needs and market dynamics to define product requirements for engineering
Develop and refine product strategies, competitive positioning, and market opportunities
Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, secure, scalable identity security solutions
Work with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategies and product positioning
Use data, insights, and AI-driven analytics to monitor product performance and identify enhancements
Advise and advocate for product areas internally and externally to build relationships and drive adoption
Champion new product initiatives and communicate their value and strategic importance to leadership and cross-functional teams
Requirements
15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 12 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience
Demonstrated success in launching and managing complex B2B SaaS products
Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile development environment
Track record of conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
Proven experience defining and managing software product roadmaps and requirements
Deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and solutions
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with API design and integration strategies
Ability to interpret technical documentation and engage in detailed product discussions with engineering
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration and influence skills
Strategic thinking and ability to manage execution details
Proactive and results-oriented approach
Adherence to Saviynt's information security and privacy policies and procedures, including annual security training
