Built on decades of RUCKUS’ innovation, RUCKUS One delivers intelligent, automated network operations at scale — from a single pane of glass.
How You’ll help us connect the world: We are looking for a Director of Product Management to own the vision, strategy, and execution for RUCKUS One. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of RUCKUS's cloud platform transformation. You will define how AI, automation, and cloud-native architecture come together to deliver the next generation of network management for enterprise IT teams worldwide.
You will collaborate deeply with product team, engineering, design, sales, and customers, and serve as the internal and external voice of the RUCKUS One platform.
This is a Hybrid role 3 days a week based out of our Sunnyvale, CA office. What You'll Do:
Own the multi-year product roadmap for RUCKUS One, including cloud management, security, and platform extensibility
Define and articulate a differentiated AI-forward product vision that positions RUCKUS One competitively in the market
Translate market trends, customer research, and competitive intelligence into a coherent, prioritized strategy
Champion the integration of agentic AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics throughout RUCKUS One — from automated root‑cause analysis to closed‑loop remediation and natural language operations interfaces
Execution & Delivery
Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality releases on cadence; own feature scoping, acceptance criteria, and launch readiness
Define and track key product metrics including adoption, engagement, NPS, retention, AI feature utilization rates
Drive go‑to‑market readiness with product marketing, sales enablement, and channel teams
Engage directly with enterprise IT leaders, network architects, and managed service providers to develop deep customer empathy and validate roadmap priorities
Represent RUCKUS One at industry events and partner forums
Synthesize competitive intelligence into product positioning and differentiation
Mentor PMs on product craft: discovery, prioritization, storytelling, and working effectively with engineering
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree with 10+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a director or senior PM leadership role
Deep domain expertise in enterprise networking — campus Wi‑Fi, switching, cloud management platforms
Demonstrated track record shipping AI/ML‑powered product features at scale
Experience owning a cloud SaaS platform product end‑to‑end, from strategy through launch
Strong executive communication skills—able to align stakeholders and simplify complexity for diverse audiences
Proven ability to operate and lead in a matrixed, fast‑paced organization
You’ll excite us if you have:
Hands‑on familiarity with RUCKUS One, Juniper Mist, Cisco Meraki, Aruba Central, or comparable platforms
Background in enterprise IT, MSP, or channel‑facing product development
Familiarity with 802.11 Wi‑Fi standards (Wi‑Fi 6/6E/7), MIMO, and enterprise WLAN architecture
Experience working AI frameworks, or AI‑assisted operations tooling. We are looking for an AI‑forward PM who maintains working knowledge of current AI tools and their adoption in PM work.
