Opportunity
We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to lead LATAM & Emerging markets, one of Adobe’s most strategic and high‑growth regions. This role drives growth and success of flagship products such as Acrobat, Photoshop, and Firefly by turning global strategy into strong local growth.

Responsibilities
Build LATAM strategy and growth through data and insights.
Establish country and audience priorities (e.g., Brazil, Mexico).
Develop annual and quarterly planning and performance tracking.
Drive investment decisions and trade‑offs to improve impact.
Build market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape analysis.
Invent a strong regional perspective to influence global strategy and product roadmap decisions.
Develop regional readiness across pricing, messaging, and experiences.
Drive through influence and cross‑functional alignment.
Work with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Global PMM leads.
Empower teams around clear strategy and priorities.
Build strong narratives that influence senior leaders.
Build and empower a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, clarity, and impact.
Elevate LATAM as a strategic priority within the organization.
Qualifications
10+ years in product marketing, strategy, or related roles.
Proven experience owning market strategy and business growth.
Strong experience in LATAM or other emerging markets.
Ability to combine data, customer insight, and strategy to drive decisions.
Track record of influencing senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
Strong leadership skills with experience building and scaling teams.
Compensation
U.S. pay range: $170,000 – $320,000 annually, varying by location and experience.
