Job description
Braven is seeking a Director of Program Innovation to join the Transformation team. This role focuses on piloting, designing, and scaling high-impact career and education partnerships, driving strategic initiatives from ideation to implementation, and collaborating across university partners and Braven teams.
Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will manage pilots, translate research into practice, analyze outcomes, and ensure scalable program design at Braven’s growth inflection point.
