Job description
Johnson Controls seeks a Director, Project Delivery to guide the capacity and performance of its construction and retrofit teams. You will mentor staff, manage budgets and schedules, and uphold safety and ethical standards across projects.
You will act as a primary client liaison, support deal structures, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams, while achieving profitability and customer satisfaction.
