Job description
Venice Community Housing is seeking a Director of Property and Asset Management to lead the strategic oversight of our affordable housing portfolio. You will set standards, supervise regional teams, and act as primary escalation point for complex operational, financial, and regulatory issues across the portfolio.
You will oversee budgets, compliance with Tax Credit, HUD, and local programs, and drive capital plans in partnership with regional managers.
