Role
Senior leader overseeing Protein Sciences within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine R&D, focusing on antibody discovery and biologics development.
Responsibilities
evaluate therapeutic targets through structural and computational analysis, design and engineer proteins to optimize stability and function, and develop immunogens for hit identification;
contribute across target assessment, antigen design, and protein engineering domains.
Requirements
Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Structural Biology, or related;
10+ years' experience in biologics discovery or protein sciences;
proven leadership in pharma/biotech;
expertise in antigen design, structural biology, and biologics workflows;
strong communication and strategic thinking.
Preferred
experience in Oncology, Immunology, or Neuroscience;
people management skills.
High Value
biologics, antibody discovery, computational protein design, structure-guided engineering, target evaluation, and immunogen development;
global, fast-paced, matrix research environment.
Location
Hybrid in Spring House, PA or Cambridge, MA.
