Job description
Oscar Health seeks a Director to join our Provider Integration and Experience team in New York City. The role reports to the VP and focuses on strategy, program design, and implementation to enhance provider experience.
This position requires a hybrid work schedule with three in-office days per week, including Thursdays for team meetings and events. Base pay ranges from $198,720 to $260,820 per year, with benefits, equity grants, and annual bonuses.
