Job description
Humana seeks a strategic Director, Provider Solutions Engineering to define technology strategy for provider engagement and engineering, partnering with business and operations to identify solutions that improve engagement, associate effectiveness, and business outcomes.
You will lead cross-functional teams, set roadmaps, promote Agile, DevSecOps, and AI-enabled delivery, and ensure governance, security, and regulatory alignment across platforms.
